A C$350 credit from a paid assessment is applied toward an implementation ordered within 30 days of the assessment report. One credit per project, applied to Red Conduit service fees. It is not a cash refund. A wider assessment and its fee are agreed before work starts.
Subscriptions, AI usage, hosting, messaging and other provider charges stay separate. We identify the tools and estimate their running costs in the proposal.
New requirements and changes outside the agreed scope are quoted before work begins. We ask before adding billable work.
