Privacy, in plain language.

How this website handles the information you enter, the messages you send and the settings you choose.

Who we are

Red Conduit is a service of MINEVICH LTD. This page explains how the website at redconduit.com handles information.

The website does not submit enquiry forms, callback requests or tool entries to a server. It does not use advertising pixels, analytics scripts or tracking cookies.

Enquiries and callback requests

Entries are held in the current page's state. Preparing a brief creates text on the page. You can email it to us, copy it or download it. Emailing opens your own email program with the brief, and nothing is sent until you send that email.

Closing a callback dialog clears its local callback fields. Browser history, autofill, clipboard and downloaded files are controlled by the browser or device.

Please do not include confidential records or sensitive personal information in a first enquiry.

Emails you send us

When you email hello@redconduit.com or privacy@redconduit.com, we receive your email address and what you write. We use it to reply and to discuss the work you ask about.

To ask what information we hold about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it, write to privacy@redconduit.com.

Planning tools

The readiness checklist, workflow planner and business-case calculator work in the current page. No tool entry is sent to a server by this website.

A copy or download exists separately from the page. You control how you store or share that copy.

Theme preference

An explicit white or black theme choice is saved in local browser storage as rc-theme. The site reads it to restore your choice. The theme still works for the current page if storage is unavailable.

Hosting and security

Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. To deliver and protect it, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address and the pages you request. Cloudflare describes its handling in its privacy policy.

Chat and external services

Live chat is not available. The chat button opens fixed service answers and local contact options, and no chat script loads.

External source links lead to separate websites with their own data practices.

Project information

Data processing for an implementation is scoped separately. The tools, permissions, purposes, review requirements, hosting and retention must be agreed for that project.
