Clear information.
Agreed project terms.

This page explains the website information and the decisions that belong in a separate project agreement.

Website information

The site describes the Red Conduit AI and automation service. It provides general service information and original planning tools. It is not a project proposal or agreement.

Examples are illustrative. They are not client results. No savings, revenue increase, search position or AI recommendation is promised.

Project scope and fees

Implementation begins with a separately agreed scope. That scope should identify deliverables, dependencies, testing, acceptance, responsibilities and exclusions.

Published service prices and the assessment-credit conditions appear on the pricing page. The final written quote identifies the scope, applicable tax, software charges, acceptance criteria and payment schedule.

Access and approvals

A project needs access through authorized accounts and approved permissions. The scope must define which actions the workflow can perform and where a person must review or approve.

Important changes, new access and work outside the agreed scope need a separate decision.

Testing, handover and support

The proposal should define acceptance criteria, handover materials and the users who need training.

Ongoing support, monitoring, response expectations and included changes are agreed separately. This website does not promise continuous coverage.

Tools and contact forms

The planning tools record your inputs and assumptions. Calculator results are scenarios, not quotes or evidence that a project is feasible.

The contact forms prepare a message for you to send. They do not make bookings. A prepared brief or callback request is not a confirmed appointment or project order.
